Case 1 :
If you raises a return or exchange request for a defective product, you can share the same with us by dropping in a mail at contact@everdrape.com. If the defect is verified, Everdrape will take 100% responsibility for the same and initiate a refund or replacement, at 0 cost, as the customer prefers.
You can follow the guidelines below to raise a Refund/ Replacement request with Everdrape.
- The defect needs to be communicated to us within 10 days upon the date of delivery. (Via Phone or mail)
- Share images/ videos of the product in full view with the defect clearly visible.
- Share image of the UID label (Barcode Sticker) attached to the product.
- Share images of the packaging with the shipping label visible.
- The Price amount of the product will be credited to your account only after we have finished our Quality Recheck process.
Case 2 :
- Exchanges can only be done for the same products in a different size. It cannot be exchanged for another design in the same product category or against any other product across our website.
- Product must be in original condition - unworn, unused with the same tag and labels.
- Only non-discounted products are eligible for return.
- Only prepaid orders are eligible for return. COD orders are non returnable but can be exchanged.
