Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At EVERDRAPE, we want to ensure you find the perfect fit within our brand. If there is an issue with your order, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy to ensure you receive the correct product in perfect condition.
Please note that we offer a size exchange of the product and do not offer refunds or cancellations after delivery.
Eligible requests will be processed only as a size replacement/exchange for the same product.
The 14-Day Exchange Window
If your item doesn't fit quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange for a different size of the same product.
Eligible Exchange Scenarios
You may request an exchange only under the following circumstances:
1) Product Damaged During Transit
If the product was received in a damaged, tampered, or physically affected condition due to transit, you are eligible for an exchange.
To process the request, the following are mandatory:

A clear unboxing video recorded from before opening the package

Shipping label clearly visible
-
Photos/videos of the damaged outer package and product
-
Any visible issue should ideally be mentioned as a negative remark on the POD at delivery
Claims for transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
2) Manufacturing Defect
If the product has a genuine manufacturing defect, such as:

stitching issues,
-
fabric tears,
-
print defects,
-
wrong finishing,
-
broken accessories/buttons/zippers,
-
product quality issue not caused by usage,
you may request an exchange for the same item.
The product must be:

unused
-
unwashed
-
with all original tags intact
-
returned in the original packaging
Our quality team will inspect the issue before approving the exchange.
3) Size Exchange
If the ordered product does not fit as expected, do not worry we've got your back! You may request a size exchange for the same product.

Size Exchanges Only: We do not offer monetary refunds or store credit. All returns are processed as direct size-for-size exchanges.

One Exchange Per Product: To help you dial in your fit with our brand, we offer one exchange per product type. Once an item has been exchanged for a new size, that item is considered a "Final Sale."

Item Condition: All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, no stains, perfume smell or signs of wear and with all original tags attached.
If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer another available size of the same product only, subject to stock availability.
Important Policy Conditions

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances

Only same-product exchange/replacement is allowed

Exchange requests raised after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted

Products damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or normal wear and tear are not eligible

EVERDRAPE reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions
