Refund policy

"We genuinely apologize if you've found it necessary to return your product; your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're committed to making the return process as seamless and hassle-free as possible for you." 


Case 1 :
If you  raises a return or exchange request for a defective product, you can share the same with us by dropping in a mail at contact@everdrape.comIf the defect is verified, Everdrape will take 100% responsibility for the same and initiate a refund or replacement, at 0 cost, as the customer prefers.

You can follow the guidelines below to raise a Refund/ Replacement request with Everdrape.
  1. The defect needs to be communicated to us within 10 days upon the date of delivery. (Via Phone or mail)
  2. Share images/ videos of the product in full view with the defect clearly visible.
  3. Share image of the UID label (Barcode Sticker) attached to the product.
  4. Share images of the packaging with the shipping label visible.
  5.  The Price amount of the product will be credited to your account only after we have finished our Quality Recheck process.

Case 2 : 

  • Exchanges can only be done for the same products in a different size. It cannot be exchanged for another design in the same product category or against any other product across our website.
  • Product must be in original condition - unworn, unused with the same tag and labels.
  • Only non-discounted products are eligible for return.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
