We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India, with no hidden charges and no minimum order value.
The price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Once your order is confirmed, our team carefully prepares it for dispatch.
After your order is ready and shipped, the estimated delivery timelines are:

These timelines begin after dispatch and may vary slightly depending on your location and courier partner serviceability.

To ensure reliable delivery, we work with trusted courier partners covering most serviceable pin codes across India.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, so you can follow your package in real time.
Transit Damage & Claim Policy
While we take utmost care in packing every order securely, EVERDRAPE shall not be held liable for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit once the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner.
Any dispute related to damage, tampering, pilferage, or missing items during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us investigate and support your claim, the following are mandatory:

A clear, continuous unboxing video starting before opening the package

The shipping label visible in the video

Clear visuals of the damaged/tampered product or package

Photos of the outer packaging (if applicable)
Please note that courier partners generally accept transit damage claims only when negative remarks are mentioned on the POD (Proof of Delivery) copy at the time of delivery. In the absence of negative POD remarks, the courier may reject the claim, and EVERDRAPE may not be able to process any resolution.
We strongly recommend checking the outer package before accepting delivery and mentioning any visible issues to the delivery executive immediately.
